OPG x-rays

OPG x-rays

An OPG (orthopantomogram) is a 2D dental x-ray that gives a panoramic view of your entire mouth in a single highly detailed image. We can use an OPG to give a clear picture of your teeth, upper and lower jaws, bone structure and surrounding tissues, assisting with clear and accurate diagnosis.

The OPG scanner is very effective for wisdom teeth issues, and to give an overall picture of your oral health. The x-ray is pain-free and fast, taking just minutes to complete. It is an excellent option for patients who are not keen or unable to tolerate other x-rays.

Digital 3D x-rays

Digital 3D x-rays

Comfortable and state-of-the-art digital x-rays enable us to see even tiny imperfections in your teeth in superior clarity and quality. They give a detailed view inside your jaw bone, showing exactly what is happening inside your mouth and the roots of your teeth. 3D x-rays are particularly used for dental implants and endodontic cases, where detail and accuracy are paramount.

Digital x-rays are fast, with the results available to view immediately. We can adjust and re-take if necessary during the same appointment, saving you time.

Intraoral camera

Intraoral camera

We use an intraoral camera to accurately look at areas of the mouth that can otherwise be hard to reach. It can also be used to take high-quality colour pictures of the teeth and gums, essential in treatments such as Invisalign and restorative dentistry.

The intraoral camera can also be used to effectively spot dental issues such as decay, damage, and the beginnings of gum disease.
